To see as much of the world as we can,
Using the smallest carbon footprint we can,
Spending the least amount of money we can,
Making as many friends we can.

Mistakes we made on August 6th:
•Pulling into Nantuxent Cove. It was small, shallow and not very sheltered. Port Mahon, Delaware, might have been better.
A well-protected propellor.
•Failing to understand what a snagged crab pot line feels like. We mis-diagnosed the resulting problem as transmission or linkage or something other than a crab pot.
Things we did—right or wrong.
•Call BoatUS and get towed. Rather than bash the crap out of the boat with a bad transmissions problem, we elected to pay for a tow to someplace out of the wind and waves.
Surprising things we learned.
•The Cohansey River, surprisingly, is easy to enter. The chart is devoid of details.
•The river has a surprisingly huge current. Choose your entry times wisely.
Scary things that happened.
