E-purchase woes

I tried three times to square the order away.  I put in a bug report on Lifli’s web site, got a response within 24 hours with my license key.

Even though the on-line ordering is a little shaky, the customer service fills in the gaps.  I’m still satisfied.  I’m still grumpy about the “right-click/control-click” business, but I can cope.
